Darren Mills

Mr. Mills has more than 17 years of experience advising both middle-market companies and large multinationals regarding complex federal and international tax issues such as cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign tax credits, structuring an outbound investment or inbound investment into the United States, and dealing with issues under the consolidated return regulations. Mr. Mills has also advised both strategic and financial buyers in tax due diligence and structuring, as well as providing sell-side due diligence and structuring. Michael Cho

His experience extends to a wide range of industries, including real estate developers, construction contractors, financial services, manufacturers, energy distribution, and information technology.

Mr. Gaeta has in-depth experience assisting clients with flow-through, partnership taxation, specifically compliance and tax-planning needs at the company and individual levels. His federal tax-consulting experience includes corporate structuring, basis studies, waterfall calculations with tiered income allocations, merger and acquisition transaction due diligence, net operating loss carryover utilization, and cancellation of debt income analysis.

Amol Jain

Nathaniel Kupferman

Nathaniel Kupferman is a consultant with BRG in Washington, DC.  He graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Albany Law School and earned an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Siervo has considerable experience helping clients with state and local taxes, specifically issues stemming from gross receipts taxes, sales and use taxes, credits and exemptions, and hotel occupancy taxes. Mr. Siervo has helped clients with bankruptcy-related bulk sales transfer taxes, federal and state net operating loss carryover and carryback rules, and physical presence and economic nexus thresholds.
